e-Forum is a European association acting as a platform for acceleration of e-government good practice exchange between academics and public and private sector representatives.
e-Forum is a bridge to practical implementation of good practice exchange, a 'do-tank' and a resource for exchange of administrative expertise and effective transfer of e-government applications between administrations.

Learning Journeys: a practical tool for identifying and exchanging good practice: E-Forum organises Learning Journeys as a platform for exporting good practice across Europe. Past Learning Journeys include the Ministry of Finance (Denmark), the Austrian Chancellory, the Ministry of the Interior (Germany) and the Flemish Region of Belgium.

e-Forum facilitates good practice exchange by providing support and working methods enabling contracts to be concluded for transfer of cutting-edge applications between administrations. Members benefit from access to a trans-European network of complementary competencies necessary for effective exchange.
