Consultancy firm Europe Economics, on behalf of the European Commission, is gathering information from public bodies and their suppliers on the purchasing of ICT goods and services.
This short survey (completion time: 20 minutes) will feed into the development of guidelines that will help ICT procurers to purchase information and communication technologies based on standards that are accessible across the supplier market. This will promote competition and avoid inefficient supplier dependence, according to Europe Economics.
